  Singapore's TeLEOS-2 and Lumelite-4 Satellites to be Launched by India's PSLV-C55 Mission with POEM-2 Experimental Module. The mission is being conducted by the Indian space agency, ISRO, in partnership with a Singaporean company called ST Engineering. The rocket will carry two satellites - TeLEOS-2 and Lumelite-4 - both of which belong to the government of Singapore.
